I'm a landlord and have many properties, for efficiency, economy and durability GAS is the only thing for me. I have units that I've rented for over 30 years with no maintenance on gas units. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it. I have no stocks in the gas industry really. But one thing for sure, give me nothing but gas. From hot water heaters, stoves and heating. No gas, I move on to the next property to purchase. Maybe I've just been extremely lucky you say. To many units to many years! I have no dog in this hunt, just many years of experience.
